Casey Tonnelly

Casey Tonnelly, PCC, is an accomplished leadership and diversity, equity, and inclusion coach with extensive experience in coaching organizations and individuals on communication, conflict resolution, and transformational change. As the Owner and Principal Coach at Beyond Thinking since April 2019, Casey manages all business operations while providing coaching services. Additionally, Casey serves as a Leadership Coach at Arootah and a Consultant for The Athena Group, LLC, focusing on anti-racism and organizational development. Engagements with BetterUp and Translator, Inc. emphasize a DEI lens in achieving client goals. Previous roles include a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategist with the City of Seattle, where Casey developed training programs to minimize biases, and extensive work in community preparedness and disaster education across various organizations, including the American Red Cross. Casey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Stony Brook University.
