Cecilia Peña

Cecilia P. is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in technical implementation and customer success roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Implementation Project Manager at BetterUp since August 2021, Cecilia has developed a strong background in overseeing large portfolios of implementation projects, managing teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Prior experience includes managing a diverse portfolio of enterprise accounts at BigCommerce, leading implementation efforts as the first Customer Success Manager at Shipwell, and supporting multiple international lottery projects at IGT. Cecilia holds a Master of Science in Communication from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Texas-Pan American.
