Chad Rochkind

Chad Rochkind is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Coach Experience at BetterUp since August 2021, following a role as Senior Manager of Coach Operations and Experience. Previously, Chad worked at SYPartners as a Senior Strategist, collaborating with C-Suite leaders to drive culture change through insights and analysis. Chad has also founded and operated Human Scale Studio, focusing on urbanism and social impact, and served as Executive Director for Urban Social Assembly, leading initiatives in Detroit. Other notable roles include Strategist and Researcher at Synthesis Corp., Development Coordinator at Court Appointed Special Advocates of NYC, Communications Director at The Tree House Project, and Poetry Buyer at City Lights Bookstore. Chad holds a Master of Arts in Historical and Sustainable Architecture from New York University and a degree in English and Creative Writing from the University of Michigan.
