Chelsea Johns, PCC, is an experienced coaching professional currently serving as a Certified Fair Play Method Facilitator and Fellow Coach at BetterUp. With a robust background in executive coaching, Chelsea has partnered with companies across various industries to enhance client performance and engagement through personalized coaching methodologies. Previously, Chelsea worked as a Career Coach at Ellevest, delivering one-on-one coaching for women and facilitating large-scale workshops. Chelsea holds a B.A. in Management and Women’s Studies from Gettysburg College and is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through iPEC Coaching.
