Cindy Nash-Hooker, MA, PCC, is the Founder and CEO of Gold Dog Consulting, providing human resources consulting, leadership development training, and executive coaching since March 2009, serving clients nationally and internationally. Cindy currently serves as a BetterUp Fellow Coach, focusing on professional development and personal growth through innovative coaching methods. As a Transfer of Learning Associate at Lever, Cindy specializes in enhancing learning transfer solutions without delivering training programs. Previous experience includes leadership roles such as Board Chairman of the Oregon Military Support Network, Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette, and Assistant Director of HR at Portland Public Schools. Cindy holds a Master's degree in English from Portland State University and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Portland, complemented by certification as a Professional Co-Active Coach from the Co-Active Training Institute.
