Colleen Phillips is a seasoned professional in coaching and leadership development, currently serving as a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp since December 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Consulting Partner and Executive Coach at The Ken Blanchard Companies from August 2007 to February 2022, along with significant operational leadership as Regional Director of Operations and Manager of Field Development at Luxottica Retail from 1987 to 2006. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Business Management from Rhode Island College (1981-1986) and is certified as a CPCC through Coaches Training Institute (2006-2007).
