Conny Millard, PCC, RCC, is an accomplished coaching and business management professional with extensive experience in driving performance and transformation across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Coach & Sales Performance Specialist at BetterUp since September 2023, Conny leverages evidence-based coaching practices to effect change. As Co-Founder and Master Coach of POWERPODS® since October 2018, Conny focuses on neurocoaching for franchise systems, guiding partners to unlock their potential. Previous roles include Business Management Consultant at MCG Inc., Advisor to the Board at Young Women in Business (YWiB), and various marketing and sales leadership positions at Unique Accommodations, SDL plc, and Anacomp, Inc. Conny holds a CIM degree in Marketing from the University of South Wales and a certification in Personal Branding from Reach Personal Branding.
