Dana Glicksberg

Dana Glicksberg is currently the Principal Business Operations Manager at BetterUp, where they leverage extensive experience in business operations. Previously, Dana held multiple roles at Boston Consulting Group between 2018 and 2023, including Project Leader and Summer Consultant. Prior to this, they worked as a Process Engineer at Shell and as a Research Assistant at Baylor College of Medicine. Dana earned a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Rice University, followed by an MBA from Columbia Business School.
