Deborah Cameron

Deborah Cameron is an accomplished executive coach and consultant with extensive experience in leadership development, strategic planning, and talent management. Currently serving as an Executive and Fellow Coach at BetterUp since June 2020, Deborah also holds roles as an Executive Coach and Consultant at The Balanced WorkLife Company, and President of Smart Insights Consulting. Prior experience includes significant positions at hrQ and RGP as a Management Consultant, and leadership roles at Pacific Dental Services as Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Learning Officer, focusing on talent and learning for a workforce of over 8,000. Deborah's earlier career featured leadership positions at Dell, IBM, and Incredible 3D, where strategic training and organizational development were key focuses. Deborah obtained an Addiction Careworker Diploma from McMaster University and a B.A. in Economics and Business from the University of Guelph.
