Deborah Herman, PhD, ACC, is an experienced coach and consultant specializing in organizational development, particularly for non-profits, unions, and educational institutions. Currently serving as a BetterUp Fellow Coach since October 2019, Deborah also operates as the Principal Owner of Pivot Consulting & Coaching.
