DeDe Esque has extensive experience in consulting, coaching, and facilitation, currently serving as a Consultant, Coach, and Facilitator at DDSQ Consulting, llc since April 2009, with a diverse client portfolio including organizations such as the Coalition to End Homelessness and the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce. DeDe also holds senior roles at Inclusive Performance Strategies and Arden Coaching, in addition to being a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp since May 2019. Previous leadership positions include President & CEO of Nokomis Foundation and Vice President of Corporate Training & Development at Old Kent Financial Corp. DeDe's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a certification in Executive/Leadership Coaching from the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
