Denise Csaky

Denise Csaky is the Founder and CEO of The Firefly Moment LLC, a private coaching and consulting practice established in June 2016, focused on empowering professionals through executive and leadership coaching. Denise also serves as a C-Level Executive and Professional Development Coach at Sayge since November 2021, where the aim is to foster employee-first cultures. In addition, Denise is an Executive, Leadership and Career Development Coach for BetterUp, consulting for Fortune 500 executives. As an Advisory Board Member at UC Irvine Extension and a former Mentor Coach at iPEC Coaching, Denise has significantly contributed to the development of new coaches. Denise's earlier career includes leadership roles in marketing and operations at Aesthetics Complete, Harmonia Healing Arts Spa, Metropolis Magazine, USA Today, and Newsweek. Denise holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Boston University and various certifications in professional coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
