Diana Lowe, ICF PCC, is an accomplished professional dedicated to workplace engagement and leadership development. As the CEO and Chief Happiness Officer of Blue Light Leadership since March 2017, Diana focuses on transforming technical leaders into effective people leaders using evidence-based strategies from Positive Psychology. With extensive experience including roles at BetterUp as a Premier Fellow Gold, and as a Core Guide at Chief, Diana also served as a Certified Professional Coach at the Positive Psychology Coaching and Diversity Institute. Previous positions include Director of Training & Learning and Development at Dale Carnegie Training, and Deputy Training Director at Junior Commerce International, showcasing a strong commitment to training and development. Diana holds a Master's in Coaching Applied Positive Psychology from Life University and multiple degrees in business and history from prestigious institutions.
