Diantha Boardman is a seasoned leadership and performance coach with extensive experience guiding high-achieving individuals through modern leadership challenges. Currently serving as a Leadership & Performance Coach at DianthaBoardman.com since February 2020 and holding the position of Premier Fellow Leadership Coach at BetterUp since July 2018, Diantha focuses on personalized, strengths-based development plans to drive meaningful change. Previous roles include Director of Coaching at HireClub, where operational and strategic aspects of a virtual coaching community were overseen, and Director of Coaching at Reboot Quotient, where a virtual coach community was established. Additional experience includes behavioral coaching at AbleTo Inc. and working as an Addictive Disorders Counselor at the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Adler University and a Board Certified Coach Credential from the College of Executive Coaching.
