Dolores Grillo

Dolores Grillo is a Career and Personal Development Coach with extensive experience in executive coaching and program development. Currently serving as a Distinguished Fellow at BetterUp and a Career and Personal Development Coach since June 2020, Dolores partners with executives, mid-career professionals, and emerging leaders to address professional and personal challenges. Prior roles include Associate Director and Assistant Director of the MBA for Executives program at Yale School of Management, where Dolores played a pivotal role in curriculum design and stakeholder engagement. Previous experience includes marketing communications at the Connecticut Bar Association and managing the Pro Bono Network, along with an extensive tenure at the Hospital of Saint Raphael. Dolores holds an MBA from the University of New Haven, a BA from Quinnipiac University, and an Associate Certified Coach designation from Blue Mesa Coaching.
