Donna Richardson

Donna Richardson is an experienced leadership coach and marketing professional with a strong background in coaching and strategic communications. Currently serving as an Affiliate Coach at Arcora and an Associate Coach at BetterUp, Donna also holds the position of Leadership Coach and President at Yellow Dot Leadership Coaching, where the focus is on fostering client relationships and enhancing leadership outcomes. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at the University of Alberta, where Donna directed Marketing and Alumni Relations, managed communications strategies for the School of Public Health, and led initiatives for the Centre for Health Promotion Studies. Donna Richardson holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, an MEd in Educational Administration, a BCom with distinction in Marketing from the University of Alberta, and an honours Diploma in Marketing from NAIT.
