Erica Ritter

Erica Ritter is an accomplished Executive Coach with extensive experience in organizational transformation and integration. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at Erica Ritter since March 2020 and as a Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp since April 2021, Erica previously held roles including Transformation Consultant at a regional bank, where post-integration merger activities were led, and Project Manager at a media company, focusing on organizational alignment. Erica's career includes a significant tenure as Principal at The North Highland Company, managing client strategies in the Media & Entertainment sector, and serving as Integration Program Manager at TD Bank, overseeing infrastructure programs post-merger. Erica began a career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, progressing from Senior Consultant to Senior Manager.
