Erin Sayson

Erin Sayson is a Senior Product Designer at BetterUp since May 2023, with a substantial background in product design and user experience. Prior experience includes serving as a Staff Product Designer at Tempo from July 2020 to May 2023, where leadership in the core workout experience and mentoring other designers was central to the role. Previously, Erin worked at Uber from April 2016 to July 2020 as both a Product Designer focused on driver engagement and a Communications Designer for marketing initiatives. Early career roles include Lead UX Designer at Dot & Bo, where email marketing and site optimization were key responsibilities, and various design and coaching positions at UC Davis and International Gymnastics. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
