Evan Kleiman

Evan Kleiman, M.A., I-O Psych, serves as Vice President of Key Accounts and Executive Advisor at BetterUp, where efforts focus on AI-enabled video coaching and behavior-based platforms to enhance organizational performance. Prior experience includes leadership roles at ADP and The Marcus Buckingham Company, where Evan played a key role in client success and performance strategy. Additional experience encompasses organizational development consulting at companies such as Hyperloop Transportation Technologies and Live Nation, among others. Evan holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Oregon.
