Fleur de Vries

Fleur de Vries is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing and leadership coaching. As the Founder and Executive Coach at (re)imagine leadership coaching since April 2020, Fleur also co-founded Equitable Solutions Group in October 2020. Additional roles include Leadership Coach at BetterUp and Raise The Bar, starting in 2021 and 2022 respectively. Prior to these coaching positions, Fleur held prominent marketing roles such as Head of Marketing at Catharsis Productions, where notable achievements included rebranding and revenue growth, and Director of Marketing & Product Management for Opportunity International in Africa, focusing on innovative banking solutions. Fleur's career began at Orangefizz and progressed through various marketing and communications roles, including Marketing Manager at CBS Outdoor. Fleur holds a Master's degree in Commercial Communication from the University of Amsterdam and completed leadership coaching training at the Co-Active Training Institute.
