Garrett Wong

Garrett Wong, CCXP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Customer Insights & Intelligence at BetterUp, where responsibilities include enhancing customer experiences across various roles since May 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at SYPartners as a Senior Strategist, where Garrett contributed to organizational transformation efforts. Educational credentials encompass an MBA in Design Strategy from Yale School of Management and a BA in Architecture from Yale University, alongside additional studies in global affairs, international development, and an exchange program at IESE Business School. Garrett co-founded the Building Roots Project, a nonprofit aimed at fostering grassroots economic development through innovative funding approaches. Previous roles also include experience in architectural design and strategic planning with notable organizations such as UNDP and Capital One.
