Grace Garoutte-Mohammed, M.A., LPC-IT, currently serves as a Blog Contributor and Certified Coach at BetterUp since March 2022, while also owning and practicing as a therapist at Anchored Mental Health since August 2023, specializing in trauma, anxiety, and relationship concerns using various therapeutic modalities including EMDR and the Gottman method for couples therapy.
