Grace Nakar, MA PCC, has extensive experience in coaching and consulting, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as well as leadership development. Currently an Executive Coach at a)plan coaching, Grace also serves as a Premier Fellow Coach and Fellow Coach at BetterUp and is a Senior DEI Consultant at Tango Leadership. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Inclusion Bridgehead, Grace provides innovative DEI strategies, while also acting as a People Strategy Consultant for Better Organizations by Design. Prior roles include Vice President and Program Manager at Wells Fargo, where significant contributions were made to enhance the company's diversity ranking. Grace’s career spans over three decades, with previous positions at Charles Schwab, the City of Scottsdale, ON Semiconductor, and Motorola, shaping organizational strategies, talent management, and employee development. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organization Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines.
