Hailey Herleman

Hailey Herleman, Ph.D., currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Executive Engagement & Insights and interim GTM Strategy & Operations at BetterUp, having previously held the role of Vice President of Executive Engagement & Insights and Vice President of Executive Engagement. Prior experience includes partnership at IBM in Talent & Transformation, as well as various leadership roles focused on workforce and talent development. Hailey's earlier career includes positions as a Research Analyst at the American Institutes for Research, an Instructor of Industrial Psychology at Clemson University, and an International Human Resources Associate at Deloitte. Hailey earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University.
