Inês Diogo is a seasoned Career & Executive Coach and the founder of MAPA - The Coaching Studio, which focuses on guiding individuals toward achieving their professional goals. With a robust skill set in areas such as career change, development, executive coaching, emotional intelligence, and mindful leadership, Inês also serves as a Leadership Trainer at Affinity Space and SSPARK Innovación Humana, as well as a Corporate Wellness Coach at MindFi. Inês contributes to the academic community as a trainer at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, delivering workshops on mindfulness, career design, and resilient leadership.
