Jane Caddell, MBA, PCC, is an accomplished executive coach and leadership advisor with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at Caddell Group, LLC since December 2017, Jane specializes in guiding leaders through personal and professional transitions. Additionally, Jane is a Program Advisor for the Women in Leadership initiative at the College of Professional and Global Education at Cal Poly Pomona and a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp, where coaching extends to group facilitation and specialized support in managing transitions. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Capital Group and Employers Group, along with founding a non-profit organization aimed at promoting health through dance for individuals with Parkinson's Disease. Jane holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Medical Technology from Michigan State University.
