Jane McMullen is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic people advising and coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic People Advisor at Blue Cross NC since October 1989, Jane has a proven track record in consulting on morale, performance, and organizational effectiveness. In addition to this role, Jane is a Fellow Coach and Associate Coach at BetterUp, where coaching focuses on identifying strengths and achieving goals for individual and organizational excellence. As the owner of McMullen Coaching & Consulting, LLC, Jane prioritizes client success in coaching and consulting services. Previous experience includes providing comprehensive HR consultancy as a Human Resources Consultant from 2000 to 2005. Jane holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland, a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Pfeiffer University, and training from the Healthcare Coaching Institute at Virginia Tech.
