Janet Hudson

Janet Hudson, Ph.D. PCC, is a seasoned professional coach and former academic with extensive experience in coaching leaders and self-directed professionals to navigate inner chaos and enhance their performance. Currently serving as a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp and certified by the International Coaching Federation, Janet specializes in guiding individuals through doubt and uncertainty to foster calm and confidence. With a strong background in higher education, including her role as an Associate Professor of History at the University of South Carolina, Janet has also contributed to the field through various leadership positions and coaching initiatives. In addition to coaching, Janet holds multiple degrees in American History and coaching certifications focusing on diverse populations, including individuals with ADHD.
