As the Founder and Principal of Stablehouse Solutions Inc. since September 2020, Janet has been dedicated to enhancing workforce potential through tailored consulting services. Concurrently, Janet serves as an Executive & Leadership Coach at BetterUp and a Facilitator for the Queen’s University Industrial Relations Centre.
