Jeff Robinson

Jeff Robinson is an experienced leader and coach with a focus on continuous improvement and organizational leadership. As the Owner of Foundational Leadership since November 2019, Jeff specializes in helping manufacturing companies develop their emerging leaders to enhance productivity and talent retention. Currently serving as a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp, Jeff also holds significant roles at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, including Director of Continuous Improvement and Product Assurance Manager. Previously, Jeff worked in various leadership positions at organizations such as Parker Hannifin, Bell Helicopter, and Cooper B-Line, demonstrating expertise in lean methodologies, process improvements, and team management. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Science and Business from the College of the Ozarks.
