Jen Freiman

Jen Freiman is currently the Vice President of Network Operations at BetterUp since August 2025. Previously, Jen held significant roles at Lime, serving as Senior Director and Head of Strategy & Planning from June 2022 to August 2025, and as General Manager for the Western US and Canada from February 2021 to January 2022. Jen's earlier career includes a position as Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from September 2012 to January 2021, and a fellowship with Action Canada from May 2015 to February 2016. Jen also has experience in private investments at CPP Investment Board from September 2006 to May 2012, and as an Analyst for National Health Expenditures at the Canadian Institute for Health Information from August 2004 to July 2005. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics and Mathematics from McGill University, as well as a Master of Arts in Economics and a Master of Studies in Law from the University of Toronto.
