Jessica Day

Jessica Day is a seasoned Leadership and Life Coach with extensive experience in coaching, public relations, and marketing. Since founding Jessica Lynn Coaching, LLC in November 2019, Jessica has utilized Core Energy Coaching™ to help individuals achieve clarity and fulfillment in their lives. In addition to ongoing roles at BetterUp and Lyra Health, Jessica has a strong background in communications and marketing, having served in managerial positions at Scotwork North America, Coyne PR, CPR Strategic Marketing Communications, and 5W Public Relations. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Fine Art from Hofstra University and has completed various coaching and marketing training programs, including the International Coaching Federation Accredited Coach Training Program.
