Jimmy Brown

Jimmy Brown, PhD, BCC, serves as a Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp since April 2020, providing coaching to a diverse clientele that includes C-level executives and individual contributors across various industries. In addition to this role, Jimmy has been a Management Consultant and Coach at Fullview Leadership since August 2013, focusing on data-driven coaching and offering workshops for small to medium-sized businesses. Jimmy's academic contributions as an Adjunct Professor at various universities commenced in November 2007, complementing an extensive professional background that includes leadership positions at organizations such as Beacon Associates, Hewlett-Packard, Inforte Corp, and Accenture. An educational foundation in psychology and organizational development has been established through degrees from Benedictine University (Ph.D.), The University of Tulsa (MA), and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (BA).
