Jo Monson is a seasoned coach and facilitator with extensive experience in various educational and coaching roles. Currently serving as a Fellow Coach at BetterUp since July 2020, Monson also holds the position of Learning Process Facilitator with Partners for Possibility since February 2016 and has been a Mojo Coach with Mojo Flow Coaching and Facilitation since August 2012. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Coach and Developmentor at The Coaching Centre (TCC) Integral Africa from 2009 to August 2020, Lecturer and Coach at the University of Cape Town's School of Management Studies from July 2008 to July 2012, and Materials Development Specialist at the Children's Institute, University of Cape Town from 2004 to 2008. Educationally, Monson possesses a Master’s degree in Gender, Representation, and Power from the University of the Witwatersrand, obtained in 1997.
