John Brown

John Brown is a seasoned executive coach currently serving as a Premier Fellow at BetterUp since May 2019, where over 1200 1:1 coaching engagements have been conducted across various Fortune 100 companies and businesses of all sizes. In addition to this role, John Brown has been in private practice with Cambio Group, LLC since July 2012, focusing on enhancing change tolerance in diverse organizations. Previously, as Program Operations Director at The University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center, John Brown led a team in strategic initiatives, research, and education while co-founding the impactful New Mexico Peer Education Program for prisoners. John Brown also served as Program Coordinator for the New Mexico AIDS Education and Training Center, facilitating professional training and education to improve the quality of life for individuals affected by HIV. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Psychology from Universidad de Costa Rica, a Master's degree in Counseling & Educational Psychology from New Mexico State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Michigan State University.
