Jonathan Chang has extensive experience in account management and strategic partnerships within the technology and business advisory sectors. They worked at CEB, now Gartner, from 2008 to 2017, where they progressed through various roles to become a Senior Account Manager, serving high-profile clients, including Fortune 10 companies. Following the acquisition of CEB by Gartner, they took on the role of Client Director, leading strategic accounts, including Walmart, until 2021. Currently, Jonathan serves as a Senior Enterprise Account Manager at BetterUp and is pursuing a B.S. in Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
