Jordan Natan Hochenbaum

Jordan Natan Hochenbaum, PhD, is a strategic technology leader with over 15 years of experience in AI/ML and product development. Currently serving as Vice President of AI at BetterUp, Jordan co-founded and scaled two AI-driven companies, one of which was acquired. Jordan has held prominent roles such as Chief Technology Officer at Nirveda Cognition and Director of Engineering at BetterUp, demonstrating a strong ability to bridge engineering and product teams. With a PhD in Multimodal Signal Processing & Machine Learning from Victoria University of Wellington, Jordan has published extensively in various technical fields while also being an electronic music producer and international DJ.
