Joy Gai is the Founder of Joy of Sustainability, established in January 2020, which focuses on integrating positive psychology, design, and management to enhance client self-awareness for optimal performance. Additionally, Joy serves as an adjunct lecturer at BCA Academy and as faculty at Coach Masters Academy Global and Singapore University of Social Sciences, while also holding the position of Premium Fellow Coach at BetterUp and Asia Pacific Programmes Head for the World Green Building Council. Joy's prior experience includes a role as Principal Engineer at Surbana Jurong Private Limited, where projects achieved prestigious LEED awards, and as a Senior Engineer at Surbana Technologies Pte Ltd, specializing in energy performance and green certification. Joy holds a Bachelor's degree in Building Science from Tsinghua University and a Master's degree in Building Science from the National University of Singapore.
