Julia Heatherwick

Julia Heatherwick, MS, PCC, BCC, is an accomplished Executive Development and Learning Professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching and program design. Since February 2019, Julia has operated Heatherwick Coaching, collaborating with major organizations such as Google, Facebook, and Deloitte to improve leaders' performance and engagement. Current roles include Leadership Coach at CareSource and Premier Fellow Lead Coach at BetterUp, where Julia has conducted over 2,000 coaching sessions, receiving recognition for client satisfaction. Julia's previous positions include Executive Coach and Consultant at IMPACT Group and IDEO U Design Sprint Coach, in addition to significant roles at Cal Poly Humboldt and State Farm, where strategic development and learning initiatives were emphasized. Julia holds a Master of Science in Instructional Science & Technology from California State University, Monterey Bay, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Illinois State University.
