Julia Russo is a seasoned professional in coaching and human resources, currently serving as Co-founder and PCC Coach at Este Consulting since February 2018. Julia also holds positions as a Mental Health Coach at Modern Health and a Care Coach at BetterUp, alongside a part-time role at BOLDLY. Prior experience includes roles as HR BP at BG Agro JSC and Head of Human Resources at both Delta Textile Bulgaria EOOD and CONZAP. Julia possesses an extensive educational background with degrees in Human Resources Management and Business from institutions such as the University of National and World Economy and Mont Rose College, complemented by certifications in coaching from The PULSE of Coaching program.
