Julie Clark is a seasoned coach and human resources consultant with extensive experience in executive and business coaching, leadership development, organizational development, team building, conflict resolution, and change management. Currently serving as a Coach and Human Resources Consultant at The Centre for Organization Effectiveness since July 2022, Julie also holds the position of Executive Coach at BetterUp since March 2020 and is the Founder and Owner of The Next Step Coaching since August 2007. Previously, Julie was the Human Resources Director for the City of Carlsbad from November 1990 to May 2019. Julie's educational background includes a Certificate in Professional and Executive Coaching from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, an MBA in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University, and a BA in Social Ecology from UC Irvine.
