Julie Smith

Julie Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching and talent development. As Director of Client Strategy and Coaching at FlashPoint Leadership Consulting since March 2021 and a Coaching Fellow at BetterUp since August 2017, Julie has provided exceptional coaching services to leaders at all organizational levels. Previous roles include Core Guide at Chief and Career Coach at RiseSmart, where Julie contributed to talent mobility services. At B EXEMPLARY, Julie spent nearly eight years as Leadership and Talent Development Program Manager, collaborating with business leaders on talent management initiatives. Julie's early career included roles at Ignite-360 and as a self-employed advisor, enhancing organizational development and coaching processes. Julie holds a BA in Art History from Syracuse University, along with certifications in Executive Coaching from the University of California, Berkeley, and ICF ACTP Coaching.
