Karen McLaughlin

Karen McLaughlin is an established coaching professional with extensive experience in talent development and leadership coaching. Currently serving as a Fellow Coach at BetterUp since February 2017, Karen focuses on helping clients enhance their leadership skills and navigate personal and professional challenges. As the Founder of Life Transitions, LLC since December 2007, Karen is recognized for expertise in empowerment coaching, promoting intentional living for clients. Previous roles at The Hartford included Sustainability Lead, Director/Change Agent, and Director of Strategic Leadership Programs, where Karen implemented lean management practices and developed executive leadership programs. Karen's career began at Executive Greeting, Inc., followed by a leadership role at GE Commercial Finance. Education credentials include degrees from The University of Texas at Dallas, University of Phoenix, and an associate's degree from Northwestern Connecticut Community College.
