Karla Merza is an experienced Agile Consultant, Coach, and Mentor, currently supporting geo-distributed multicultural teams at KM Consultancy since August 2019. Karla has held various roles as a Scrum Master in multiple organizations, including Ai Insider and Paddy Power Betfair, where key contributions involved integrating the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), optimizing tools for cross-functional teams, and mentoring Product Owners in effective project management. As the Head of Agile at Mpowered Business Solutions, Karla successfully implemented the Scrum framework to improve efficiency and collaboration across departments. In recent roles, Karla has also focused on leadership development and coaching, particularly for women in tech, while delivering practical Scrum Master courses.
