Karol Calderon is an accomplished executive coach with extensive experience in coaching and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at BetterUp and Coach Ejecutiva at CoachHub since August 2022, Karol has also held the position of professional coach at Modern Health since January 2021 and co-founded The Coaching Effect in February 2016. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Walmart, such as Directora Administrativa and Sub Directora Finanzas Real Estate, from April 2005 to March 2020, and various audit and consulting positions at Deloitte from January 1999 to March 2005. Karol holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School, a program in Senior Management from INCAE Business School, and an MBA and Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
