Karyn Chylewski, MS, PCC, currently serves in Organization & Employee Development at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Clinics since January 2023 and holds the position of Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp since May 2019. Previously, Karyn was the General Manager at Wagly Veterinary Hospital & Pet Campus from October 2013 to November 2017. Karyn earned a Master of Science in Organizational Development from the University of Redlands School of Business & Society and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Springfield College. Additional education includes a program at the NeuroLeadership Institute in 2017 and ongoing involvement with NOLS since 1997.
