Kevin Sewell, PCC, EBC, MBA, is a Change Management Lead for global initiatives at RGP, currently overseeing change management for a VMS and MSP implementation at a prominent pharmaceutical company. With extensive experience in organizational change management and leadership development, previous assignments include leading change management for intelligent automation methods at a leading consumer health organization and developing OCM strategies for E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. Additionally, Kevin serves as a Partner Coach at Coachello and a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp, while also teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Azusa Pacific University. Previous roles include significant leadership positions at Southern California Gas Company, where Kevin managed L&D and organizational development activities, and earlier experience as an instructional designer in various sectors.
