Kyle Holden

Kyle Holden, ACC, holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Forensic Psychology from the University of New Haven. Currently serving as the Chief of Story at LOLI Legal Tech Consulting since November 2023, Kyle is also an active member of The L&D Collective and an author on Substack. In addition, Kyle works as a Whole Person Coach at BetterUp, beginning in June 2023. Previously, Kyle led Learning and Development at The Boston Beer Company and held various roles at Nestlé Waters, including Training and Development Specialist, Training and Development Coordinator, and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Kyle has early career experience as an HR Intern at HARMAN International.
