Kyle Kelly

Kyle Kelly is a Technical Implementation Project Manager at BetterUp, a position held since November 2021. Previously, Kyle worked at MRO for six years in various roles, including Manager of Implementation Technical Design and Senior Implementation Specialist. In these roles, responsibilities included managing the day-to-day operations of the Implementation IT Team, overseeing project deliveries, training staff, and ensuring compliance with technical and legal standards. Earlier experience includes roles as a Customer Service Analyst and Implementation Analyst, where Kyle provided remote support for software applications and maintained HIPAA compliance. Kyle began a career in customer service at Independence Air, ultimately becoming an Upgrade Supervisor. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from James Madison University.
