Larry Beam, ACC, PE, LEED AP, is an Executive Leadership Coach with extensive experience in the built environment, currently serving at Leadership Designed, Optify, and Winning Ways, Inc., where the focus is on developing the next generation of organizational leaders. Additionally, Larry holds the position of Outside Director at SKA Consulting Engineers, Inc., a national multidisciplinary engineering firm. Previously, Larry was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director at WSP USA, contributing to iconic engineering projects, and served as President of Girard Engineering, a mechanical and electrical engineering firm. Larry's educational background includes an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Penn State University.
